Roster of commissioned officers of several brigades of Louisiana Militia (no indication that the units were part of Confederate Army), giving names, ranks, brigade and/or division, date of commission, and remarks, chiefly from 1851-1856, taken from the Confederate arsenal at New Orleans in 1862 by Capt. E. Winter; together with record and orderly books of the Portland Light Infantry, Portland, Me., including by-laws, constitution, membership and meeting records, orders, orderly books, and other records. Regimental orders (1824) given to 3rd Maine Regiment by Col. Ephraim Wilber.
